Cryotherapy Duration

First time cryo sessions start from 1-2 minutes. After that, anywhere from 2-3 minute sessions are provided.

Cryotherapy Temperature

Work your way up to -220 degrees by starting out anywhere from -185 to -200 degrees on your first visit.

During a cryotherapy session, here's what you can typically expect:
  1. Check-In and Preparation: Upon arrival, you'll be greeted by the staff at the cryotherapy center. They may ask you to fill out a consent form or provide any necessary medical information. You'll be given instructions on how to prepare for the session, which may include removing any jewelry, ensuring you're dry, and wearing appropriate protective clothing (e.g., gloves, socks, and slippers).

  2. Changing into Cryotherapy Attire: You'll be provided with a robe, gloves, socks, and slippers. These items help protect your extremities from the cold temperatures during the session.

  3. Pre-Cryotherapy Briefing: A staff member will explain the process, answer any questions you may have, and guide you through the session. They will ensure you understand the safety protocols and address any concerns before proceeding.

  4. Entering the Cryotherapy Chamber: Once you're ready, you'll step into the cryotherapy chamber. The chamber is typically cylindrical and enclosed, with an opening at the top for your head to remain outside. Your body will be exposed to extremely cold temperatures, usually ranging from -100°C to -140°C (-148°F to -220°F), depending on the specific type of cryotherapy being used.

  5. Duration of the Session: A typical cryotherapy session lasts between 2 to 3 minutes. However, the exact duration may vary based on individual tolerance and the specific protocols followed by the facility.
