Hyperbaric Chamber. Pure Oxygen That
Rapidly Heals Your Body. HBOT in Laguna Hills.

Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy

Heal your body in a painless, relaxing way at Avalanche Recovery and Wellness in Laguna Hills with our Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) chamber.

Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) is a therapy method that pushes pure 100% oxygen through a chamber at an atmospheric pressure greater than sea level. HBOT therapy has been proven to show physical, physiological, and cellular/molecular improvements within the body. With the use of HBOT, you can increase the oxygen in your blood up to three times! Increasing bloody oxygen levels with HBOT allows the body to fight off and heal wounds, infections, vascular difficulties, and even COVID-19. HBOT is also available as oxygen therapy for the Superhuman Protocol. For more information and how that might benefit you, please visit our Superhuman Protocol page.

What to expect for your first session

Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy Duration

Patients can spend anywhere from 45-90 minutes in the HBOT chamber to feel its benefits. First time users can try a shorter session at a mild atmospheric pressure until they get used to the chamber.
